Home Install shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch goods within 1 working day to the customer (unless a longer delivery time is stated for the product), but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise of the delay.

Delivery will be by a next working day courier unless stated otherwise.

A signature will be required for delivery, so please specify a shipment address where someone will be available to sign.

Home Install will replace free of charge goods which are damaged in transit or not in accordance with the order placed provided that notification is given in writing within two working days (and received within 7 working days) of receipt of the delivery.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer's nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.

All products come with a one year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. In the event that an item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase We will ask you to return the item for replacement or repair.

"Per Item" pricing means that shipping costs are charged on each individual item.

"Flat Rate" pricing means there is one shipping charge for all the goods ordered within a shipping band.

Some combinations of products will show both "Flat rate" and "Per Item" shipping options and you can select the cheapest option for your order.

We have a variety of shipping bands for various classes of products as some of our items are not held in stock but shipped directly from the manufacturer. One set of shipping charges will apply to all products in the same Band. For example if you buy 4 products from "Band A" which has a "Flat" shipping rate of £5 and 2 items from "Band B" which has a "Per Item" shipping rate of £6 it would cost you 1 x £5 + 2 x £6 = £17 to ship your order.

Return of Goods

Should you change your mind within 7 working days we will give you a full refund (excl. postage) Returned goods should be in the same condition you originally received them in,together with their original packaging. We reserve the right to recover compensation from you should the goods arrive with us in less than saleable condition or are damaged in any way.
